钟欣潼（Gillian Chung），艺名阿娇，曾用名钟欣桐。1981年1月21日出生于香港，中国香港女歌手、演员，华语女子演唱组合Twins成员之一。

2000年签约英皇娱乐公司，与蔡卓妍组成演唱组合“Twins”，以歌曲《明爱暗恋补习社》出道，进入演艺圈。
2005年凭借电影《公主复仇记》首次入围第十届金紫荆奖“最佳女演员”。
2010年发行个人首张EP《Move On》。
2011年参演电视剧《女娲传说之灵珠》，凭借该剧获得第六届华鼎奖“最佳女演员”奖。
2013年5月28日发行首张国语专辑《桐花》；同年主演电视剧《古剑奇谭》已于2014年7月2日在湖南卫视首播。
2014年6月18日发行第二张国语专辑《完整爱》；同年主演电视剧《迫在眉睫》。
2019年10月11日，加盟国内首档导演选角真人秀《演员请就位》。
Before she joined EEG (Emperor Entertainment Group, in Hong Kong, China), she was a part time model. One day, that model company asked her that if she was interested in joining a record company, and she accepted that. Then with interviews, auditions and signing contracts, the processes were going smooth. After that, EEG arranged for her and 蔡卓妍 to form the Cantonese pop music group, Twins.
